1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• fun36 — refers to the online casino platform operating under the domain fun36.wine and all services offered under it.
• User / Member — an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the fun36 platform.
• Platform — the website, mobile application or any digital medium used to access fun36 services.
• Account — the personal profile registered by a user to enable access to all fun36 services.
• Real Money — actual funds deposited by the user into their account using an accepted payment method.
• Bonus Funds — additional credits granted by fun36 through promotions, welcome bonuses or other incentives that are subject to wagering conditions.
• Wagering Requirement — the total amount that must be turned over through wagers before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• KYC — the Know Your Customer process involving verification of the user's identity.

Words in the singular also include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering or using any part of the fun36 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the fun36 platform immediately and not proceed with the registration process.

fun36 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, whether intentional or not.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Registration on the fun36 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not included in any self-exclusion list or self-imposed gambling limit.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Residing in an area that does not restrict access to online gambling services.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number, a valid email address, and any other required details. fun36 reserves the right to request supporting document verification at any time.

The identity verification (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or when your account reaches certain transaction limits. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or proof of residence.

4. Account Management

Users are fully responsible for the security of their accounts. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account, whether with your knowledge or not.
• Notifying fun36 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur to your registered details.

fun36 will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of the user's negligence in maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative fee or other action in accordance with fun36's internal policy in effect at that time. Users will be notified in advance before any action is taken on inactive accounts.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

fun36 supports a range of recognised payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's name only. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
• fun36 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however your payment provider may have their own charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to the provider's policies.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, identity verification (KYC) may be required.
• fun36 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is any suspicious activity or if additional review is needed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fun36 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions in effect at the time the offer is made.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

VIP Program & Cashback

Active members are eligible to join the fun36 VIP program, which consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades depend on the member's activity and loyalty throughout their membership period. VIP benefits are subject to the specific terms of each tier.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• fun36 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses obtained through system abuse or breach of terms.
• Limited-time promotions are subject to the expiry dates stated in their respective offer details.

7. Game Rules

The fun36 platform offers various game categories including slots, live casino, baccarat, sportsbook, and other table games. Each game category has specific rules that should be understood before playing.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed after a round is completed.
• fun36 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in slot games and table games.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with fair game policy — in most cases, the affected round will be voided and the bet returned.
• Players who dispute a game result may submit a complaint to the customer support team within 24 hours of the incident.

8. User Conduct

fun36 users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

9. Account Closure

A user account may be closed in two ways:

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of fun36 users' personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to fun36's Privacy Policy.

In summary, fun36 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance.
